You're Invited: Connect For Health Forums

The Connect for Health Challenge is hitting the road to encourage building social connectedness in communities across Minnesota! See below for their upcoming meetings in Rochester, Duluth, and the Twin Cities, and join the lunchtime conversations to explore how social connections influence health. You'll simultaneously be learning about and participating in the social ties that strengthen community life and health!
