Fall Family Dinners
LOCUS invites you to Family Dinner this fall! Looking for an opportunity to connect and dialogue with other emerging leaders of color and Native emerging leaders around issues of code-switching, microaggressions, and intersectionality? Want to share your personal experiences and hear others' stories and perspectives about race, culture, and identity? Join LOCUS for a series of informal, intimate conversations over meals at ethnic- and minority-owned restaurants across the Twin Cities. Together we'll support local small businesses, engage in building relationships and trust across our diverse cultures, and participate in the self-reflection and collective exploration necessary for developing Identity-Driven Leadership. Save the date(s) from 5:30pm - 7:30pm on Mondays: October 10 and 24, November 14 and 28, and December 5 and 12! *LOCUS will provide light appetizers but participants are responsible for the costs of any additional meals and beverages.
