You're Invited: Young Professional Group Best Practice Luncheon

The second in a series of free brown bag lunches to discuss nonprofit young professionals groups, you're invited to the offices of Big Brothers Big Sisters Twin Cities next week for a conversation about best practices for maintaining a YPG and structuring its steering committee. Social hour kicks off at 11:30am, followed by discussion at 12 noon, and you're invited to bring your lunch. Register online to save your seat now!

Does the non-profit you work at have a young professionals group?

Join other non-profits on Wednesday, May 4 from 12:00-1:00 p.m. for a discussion of best practices with maintaining a successful young professionals group. Bring a lunch and come with your questions and ideas! Feel free to arrive as early as 11:30 to network with others and so we can start right at noon.

The focus on this discussion will be the structure of a steering committee. For those with existing YPGs, please feel free to invite volunteers who serve on your steering committee.

If you have questions, please contact Mike Marcotte at Big Brothers Big Sisters (mmarcotte@bigstwincities.org) or Jenny Johnson at Aeon (jjohnson@aeonmn.org).

PLEASE NOTE: Construction on the Central Corridor light rail line has begun along University Avenue. Make sure to allow yourself extra time if you plan on traveling along University Avenue routes to reach the Big Brothers Big Sisters offices.
