NAVIGATE MN is now accepting applications for the PODER Fellowship. Five fellows will be selected to receive leadership development training and skill building, receive supervision and mentorship on their NAVIGATE projects, and connect with other leaders in the community. Applications are due by midnight on Friday, June 12th!
NAVIGATE Poder Fellowships elevate the leadership development of young adults who have interests in organizing immigrant youth, and promote systemic change around access to higher education, jobs and legal status.
Fellowships will be awarded to 5 young adults who have demonstrated leadership and are committed to build collective power. Priority will be given to young adults who have financial, social and legal barriers to higher education and to students who are ineligible for federal financial aid (FAFSA) because of their immigration status. Students with DACA, U Visa, Witholding of Removal or no status are strongly encouraged to apply.
Recipients will be given the opportunity to build their leadership skills, contribute to support NAVIGATE's mission and will receive awards of $1,000 each.
