Accepting Applications: 2013-2014 Minnesota Youth Council

We at Minnesota Rising believe there's no need for young people to wait to stand up and lead. Know any youth in grades 8-12 with a similar mindset? Encourage them that the time is now (well, by the May 24th deadline) to apply for the 2013-2014 Minnesota Youth Council!
