The League of Women Voters Minneapolis and The Theater of Public Policy are joining forces this election year to raise the profile of constitutional amendments. Two such amendments will be put to Minnesota voters this November and LWV Minneapolis and T2P2 are hoping to enlighten the public with some serious information as well as some serious laughs.
