Teaching Through Storytelling: An Evening with Said Salah Ahmed Spend the evening with Somali educator, poet, storyteller playwright, and filmmaker Said Salah Ahmed. Come gather at the "Ardaa" before the evening starts as Ahmed illustrates the role of storytelling in non-formal and formal classroom settings, as well as explains how to teach through the art of oral literature and performance. Participants will leave the event with a copy of Qayb Libaax/The Lion's Share, a DVD copy of the MN Original episode #307 featuring Ahmed, and the corresponding educator guides.
