International Development Exchange and Action Summit

Attend MINN's Inaugural International Development Exchange and Action Summit (IDEAS) on Friday, October 25, 2013. The first of its kind in Minnesota, this day-long conference will bring together leaders from nonprofit organizations, foundations, donor groups, the private sector, and educational institutions with a professional or personal interest in international work and a passion for assisting others. To be held at the University of St. Thomas campus in Minneapolis, the theme of Building Sustainable Impacts will be explored through a number of breakout sessions, workshops, and panel discussions on such topics as measuring results, building local partnerships, and creative funding mechanisms. What can we do in 48 hours to help close this academic achievement gap? Ed Jam will be a gathering of people who are interested in improving K-12 education. We are teachers, non-profit leaders, school board members, parents, students, designers, developers and you!
