[#mnrising Dispatch] September 2014 In true back-to-school fashion, September kicked off a busy season of partnership and activity: We participated in the Citizens League's #GNLV2014, hosted the inaugural Minnesota Rising Imagine Lab in the Hothouse Coworking Space at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts, and coordinated two Cascading Conversation Cafes, the latter one facilitated for the Board Repair quarterly gathering! Things will continue to pick up steam this fall as we prepare for our 5th annual Un/Conference: The Future Is How, slated for Saturday, November 15th. We invite you to co-create the day with us and welcome your proposals for 50-minute breakout sessions by 4pm this Friday, October 3rd!  RFP for 2014 U/C breakout sessions! Minnesota Rising The Minnesota Rising 2014 Un/Conference: The Future Is How will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2014 from 10:00am - 4:30pm at DLR Group in Minneapolis, MN. Hosted by and for emerging leaders, the Un/Conference will engage young Minnesotans in an energizing day of innovative learning and dialogue, skill-building, and network-building with their peers! We are looking for 50-minute sessions that are relevant to the Millennial generation and to our 2014 event theme focusing on the future, data, and powerful questions.
