2012 Un/Conference Sponsors: Minnesota Community Foundation + GiveMN!

The Minnesota Rising 2012 Un/Conference: Leveraging Expansive Leadership for Our Minnesota was held on Saturday, September 22, 2012 from 10:00AM – 4:30PM at DLR Group offices in Minneapolis, MN. Hosted by and for emerging leaders, the Un/Conference engaged emerging leaders across Minnesota in an energizing day of innovative learning and dialogue, skill-building, and network-building with their peers!

Minnesota Rising was fortunate to engage several stellar sponsors, including the Minnesota Community Foundation and GiveMN. See below for more details regarding Give to the Max Day 2012

Give to the Max Day is Thursday, November 15, 2012.
Sign up for the GiveMN newsletter to get updates about the Mall of America event, prizes, etc. You can also follow us on Twitter @GiveMN or like us on Facebook.
Give to the Max Day was created in 2009 to increase giving to nonprofit organizations across the state and move more giving online. It is a day for Minnesotans to come together to raise as much money as possible for nonprofits and schools in 24 hours – starting at midnight on November 15, 2012 through midnight on November 16, 2012. By engaging as many donors as possible to give to their favorite Minnesota charities in one day – Give to the Max Day — GiveMN.org is showcasing Minnesota’s unparalleled generosity to the world! During last year's Give to the Max Day, $13.4 million was raised to benefit Minnesota nonprofit organizations. And, a record 47,534 donors logged on to GiveMN.org to donate to their favorite Minnesota charity. In 2012 we hope to help thousands of nonprofits and schools raise millions of dollars again!

Two Golden Tickets each hour!

Golden Tickets are back by popular demand! PLUS, because we're launching a new initiative adding K-12 public school fundraising on GiveMN, we’ve added seperate Golden Tickets for K-12 public schools. That means a person who donates to a nonprofit AND a person who donates to a K-12 public school will be randomly selected to have $1,000 added to their donations each hour. At the end of the 24-hour event, we’ll draw one nonprofit donor and one K-12 public school donor to each receive a Super-sized Golden Ticket, adding $10,000 to their donations!
