You're Invited | LiFe LaB: Find Your Formula for Change

Living life well can be a form of art. YNPN-TC supposes that there may be a bit of science to it, too. If you're feeling stuck in your career or have goals but are unsure what to do next, you're invited to attend their upcoming Life Lab event to find your formula for change! See below for more details and to prep for your time in the lab.

LifeLab: Find Your Formula for Change

You are invited to attend:

LiFe LaB: Find Your Formula for Change

Tues., Feb. 21 from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Registration Starts at 5:30 pm, Program at 6 pm

As research and personal experience teaches us, goals alone don't change behavior. If that's the case, how can you move forward in your career and your life?

At this session, coach Beth Wallace will challenge you to notice where you're getting stuck, help you design progress toward your goals, and teach you how to keep going even through resistance.

Through a combination of demonstration and small group work, you will learn how to:

  • Identify what you're really struggling with
  • Get clear about what you want and plan movement in that direction
  • Reflect on how your plan is working
  • Stay accountable with social support

Join us on February 21 to learn a more complete strategy for solving professional problems and loving your work.

Space is limited. Register now.
