Public Allies Twin Cities is proud to partner with AchieveMpls and Youthprise in welcoming Paul Schmitz, Public Allies CEO and member of the White House Council for Community Solutions, to Minnesota. Schmitz is visiting the Twin Cities to discuss the unique brand of leadership and community change outlined in his book “EVERYONE LEADS: Building Leadership from the Community Up.”
Schmitz will share experiences and lessons his organization has learned from two decades of finding and developing thousands of young leaders across the country. In EVERYONE LEADS, he candidly shares his own inspiring story as an aimless youth who was kicked out of grade school, treated for drug addiction, barely made it out of high school and yet rose to become a major non-profit leader and Presidential advisor.
