Many of us are familiar with IQ, but the idea of Emotional Quotient (EQ) or Emotional Intelligence (EI) is foreign. EI is composed of five elements: The ability to recognize your own emotions, the ability to regulate and manage your emotions, the ability to use your emotions to motivate desired behavior, the ability to recognize the emotions of others, and the ability to facilitate emotions in others to build relationships. Come and explore how EI can serve as a means for motivation for pursuing your goals, personally and professional.
