PhilanthroFair + Board Boot Camp

As the warmer weather arrives, it's time to once again find yourself amongst the throngs at festivals and fairs. The LEAD Project is hosting another of their one-of-a-kind fairs that aims to connect good people with good causes. Make sure to get your ticket for the Board Boot Camp immediately preceding the upcoming PhilanthroFair at Graves 601 Hotel to make sure you're suited up and ready to meet the do-gooding masses!

Join us for our next PhilanthroFair at the Graves 601 Hotel to meet with nonprofits who are looking for motivated, talented young professionals.

All participating organizations are in need of board members and skill-based volunteers. This event is a great way to learn more about the amazing work done by area nonprofits, discover ways to get involved and network with other young professionals.

The PhilanthroFair Board Boot Camp is great for anyone who is curious about becoming a board member and wants to know the right questions to ask nonprofits at LEAD’s PhilanthroFair. In this in-depth training, participants will learn board member roles and responsibilities, skills that translate well to serving on a board, common pitfalls that can come to boards and what young professionals can gain from board service.
